yes those links look familiar :) those were my two favorites as of a few months ago out of the buckets of apps that appear here: http://soundcloud.com/apps/all each one has its share of frustrations. e.g. why do i need to login via google and not soundcloud for cloudplayer? and why can't i favorite tracks or start following artists from within either interface? but its dope there's an API and i enjoy using especially radioclouds. (cloudplayer would be better if the metadata on SC were more accurate and complete - e.g. genres) i've seen posts from friends about citysounds (listen to music from specific cities) but not tried. give a shout if you discover others.
